In four Wednesdays, from 12 – 5 PM you will learn the following techniques for Printmaking: soft and multiple ground, Chine Colle, multiple plates and color registering and also a technique for water based mono printing. All of these begin with a sketch of your work that you would like to put on a zinc plate. Don’t miss this absolutely wonderful chance to learn these techniques.
Fee: $175 for four weeks of classes. Class is held at the print studio of the instructor in Kensington.

FIGURE DRAWING WORKSHOP

In this figure drawing workshop you will learn how to draw a costumed model . We will use charcoal, pencil and pastels. We will block in the figure utilizing proportions & blocking techniques. Please bring your materials to the class.

Classes for the Home Schooled

We are offering classes for home schooled children. Let us design an art class for your group of students. The maximum per class is 12 and the minimum is 4.
Children learn to express themselves in a variety of mediums: Colored pencil, pastels, and watercolor paint over four Sunday classes 3:00-4:00 PM.
Come and draw a fantasy animal and bring it to life. Step through the wardrobe door and enter the land of Mr. Tumus.
Fee: $49.00 for 2 classes including materials.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES :
Expressions Gallery offers theme Birthday Parties that bring out the artist in you, your children and guests. Mirror Mirror is our newest party offering. In a magical garden setting , we will create a party utilizing a fairytale theme for your princess or prince. Our own magical artists will bring each party wish to life.
Depending on child’s age parties include:
Ages: 4-6 /Princess / Prince Party
7-10 King / Queen Party
Offered on weekends, parents bring food. Maximum people: 10 children and one to two parents or adults each.
